Jeffrey joined Evans Randall in January 2007 prior to which he was Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer for Barclays Bank in London, with particular responsibility for the UK Barclaycard business. Before this he was Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer for General Electric where he managed the GE UK Real Estate portfolio comprising assets of around US$23 billion. In addition to these roles Jeffrey has held Senior Management positions at Citigroup, in London, Argentina and at Lehman Brothers and the US Treasury.
Jeffrey holds a BS degree in Finance from George Mason University in Virginia and also holds a post graduate degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
He is an authorised representative of the Financial Services Authority.
