Robert is a specialist in the origination and financing of high value commercial property investments.  He joined Evans Randall in early 2006 to form Evans Randall Europe, which is focused on the retail and alternative real estate investment classes in Europe, and has been responsible for acquisitions including Königsbau Passagen and the purchase of a €200 million German supermarket portfolio.

Prior to joining Evans Randall, Robert was a founding partner and Property Investment Director of aAIM where he was instrumental in completing approximately £750 million of investments over a three year period.

In 1993 Robert became a Director of Cardales Chartered Surveyors commercial property investment department where he worked with the ‘in-house’ commercial property funds which grew from a Gross Asset Value of £55 million to £165 million during 2002.

Robert has been a Certified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1993 and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
