15 Sackville Street is a 35,000 sq ft Mayfair office building that was purchased in early 2013 for £56m. Upon acquisition it was newly developed but entirely unoccupied as the letting process had stalled.

Our letting strategy involved clustering together luxury occupiers, including yacht broker Camper & Nicholson International, the Four Seasons hotel group and Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, together with high quality, typical Mayfair corporate occupiers.

The successful reinvigoration of the building and 100% occupancy, together with a burgeoning investment market, resulted in a record sale just 18 months after purchase at an uplift of £27m over the purchase and at a record yield for that point in the cycle.
