Since the beginning of 2005 Evans Randall has acquired more than £4 billion of commercial real estate in the UK and mainland Europe, typically in the range of £100 million to £500 million.

Our multi-disciplinary team brings a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, tax, property, banking and law across a range of jurisdictions. 

We target after tax returns to investors of 15% to 25% per annum over a three to seven year timescale.
