Kent’s background in real estate, international transactions, structured finance, accounting and law gives him something invaluable: the kind of cross-disciplinary thinking that today’s global real estate marketplace demands.
Since co-founding Evans Randall’s real estate business in 2004, Kent has combined this expertise with a focus on building co-investor relationships to deliver transactions worth more than £8bn.
One of Evans Randall Investors’ founders, Paul brings a strong pedigree in real estate and structured finance dating back more than 30 years.
Having trained with KPMG, Paul entered the newly deregulated banking sector in London in 1988. He was an early innovator in the structured lending division at County Natwest, then built his experience in alternative financing with Bank of America and Daiwa Securities, where he became Director, Principal Finance.
Paul has been a key driver of Evans Randall Investors' investment strategy and oversees the origination of opportunities for the business.
Emma has been an integral part of the Evans Randall Investors operation since joining and opened the firm’s United Arab Emirates branch in 2011 where she is now based.
Prior to joining ERI, Emma worked for six years at Deloitte LLP, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She was fast-tracked to a senior management position, leading a specialist team.
Emma has lead a number of high profile, strategic asset management projects including the Gherkin and Riverbank House. She is a Director of Evans Randall International Limited, and focuses on management and governance functions as well as being responsible for local investor relations in the Middle-East.
During his five years at Evans Randall Investors, James has become an established transactional player in the Central London property investment market.
Having qualified as a solicitor and then worked at law firm Clifford Chance as a Senior Associate from 2004, James joined Evans Randall in 2010. He has since led transactions including the acquisitions of both 90 Fetter Lane and Sovereign House, while bringing significant legal expertise to the group.
Underpinned by his understanding of the key value drivers in real estate, James’s day-to-day activities range from financial analysis and underwriting potential acquisitions to deal execution. James is also heavily involved in ongoing portfolio management, including conception and implementation of value-add initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.
Nick has substantial real estate experience and came to Evans Randall Investors in 2007 with a wide-ranging business background, spanning insolvency, corporate finance and residential development.
Nick joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1996 and after training as a Chartered Accountant, rose to Assistant Director level in the accountancy firm’s corporate finance division. He was later appointed Finance Director at a Mayfair-based residential development firm.
Nick leads the operational side of the firm, and has responsibility for financial reporting, fund administration, portfolio management and has also lead some major disposals and refinancings.
Ned brings a deep understanding of risk, cash flows and interest rates to Evans Randall Investors, having begun his career at Barclaycard.
After graduating with a maths degree from Balliol College Oxford in 2003, he spent four and a half years assessing portfolio risk for Barclays consumer credit arm, working across the UK, Europe and Africa.
Since joining as an Associate eight years ago, Ned has become a key team member and has led a number of significant transactions including the acquisition of Milton Gate in the City of London – acquired at the very bottom of the market in 2009 – and its subsequent disposal.
Henry is a veteran of the global property investment market, with experience spanning Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
He joined Evans Randall Investors in May 2007, after spending more than 30 years developing his expertise in creating strategic alliances and international joint ventures and now focuses on investor relations.
Alongside property investment work, Henry is a world-renowned professional photographer, and an ambassador for the UN’s climate change body, UNFCCC. He has carried out photography commissions from The British Royal Family, ruling families of the Middle East, and leading families of India.
Christopher is a highly experienced development and asset management specialist who has been working on a variety of Evans Randall Investors projects since 2014.
Having worked alongside Chief Investment Officer, Paul Kendrick, when he was at County Natwest bank, Christopher went on to become NatWest Investment Bank’s Director of Property Investment in 1993.
Christopher has recently worked on behalf of companies including Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank, Allied London Properties, Moorfield Group and Shangri-La Hotel Group, for whom he recently gave strategic leasing advice relating to The Shard development in London Bridge.
