Kent’s background in real estate, international transactions, structured finance, accounting and law gives him something invaluable: the kind of cross-disciplinary thinking that today’s global real estate marketplace demands.
Since co-founding Evans Randall’s real estate business in 2004, Kent has combined this expertise with a focus on building co-investor relationships to deliver transactions worth more than £6bn.
One of Evans Randall Investors’ founders, Paul brings a strong pedigree in real estate and structured finance dating back more than 30 years.
Having trained with KPMG, Paul entered the newly deregulated banking sector in London in 1988. He was an early innovator in the structured lending division at County Natwest, then built his experience in alternative financing with Bank of America and Daiwa Securities, where he became Director, Principal Finance.
Paul has been a key driver of Evans Randall Investors' investment strategy and the origination of opportunities for the business.
Since joining the group in 2008, Ned Williams has been heavily involved in a number of key projects for Evans Randall Investors throughout the cycle, with major office transactions including Milton Gate and Drapers Gardens in the City of London and 15 Sackville Street in Mayfair.
Ned brings a deep understanding of risk, cash flows and interest rates to Evans Randall Investors and leads all aspects of the group’s financial modelling and underwriting. He is leading the ongoing investment at Thavies Inn House in Holborn as well as the strategy to explore sustainability-focussed investment and development opportunities across the UK.
Ned holds a degree in mathematics from Balliol College Oxford and before joining Evans Randall started his career assessing credit risk for Barclays consumer credit portfolio, working across the UK, Europe and Africa.
Nick has substantial real estate experience and came to Evans Randall Investors in 2007 with a wide-ranging business background, spanning insolvency, corporate finance and residential development.
Nick joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1996 and after training as a Chartered Accountant, rose to Assistant Director level in the accountancy firm’s corporate finance division. He was later appointed Finance Director at a Mayfair-based residential development firm.
Nick leads the operational side of the firm, and has responsibility for financial reporting, fund administration, portfolio management and has also led some major disposals and refinancings.
Anthony joined Evans Randall Investors in 2017 bringing extensive analytical and modelling skills to the group.
After graduating with a degree in Mathematical Science from the University of Bath, Anthony moved to Oaktree Capital Management underwriting European Non-Performing Loan portfolios with a main focus on the UK, Ireland, Germany and Spain.
As a member of the investment team, Anthony is responsible for the modelling and analysis of new transactions as well as assisting with asset management across the portfolio.
Henry is a veteran of the global property investment market, with experience spanning Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
He joined Evans Randall Investors in May 2007, after spending more than 30 years developing his expertise in creating strategic alliances and international joint ventures and now focuses on investor relations.
Alongside property investment work, Henry is a world-renowned professional photographer, and an ambassador for the UN’s climate change body, UNFCCC. He has carried out photography commissions from The British Royal Family, ruling families of the Middle East, and leading families of India.
A key member of the Evans Randall Investors' team, Eve has held a number of Senior PA roles prior to joining ERI.
