Mira Tech Park is a master planned 3.2 million square foot R&D, manufacturing and industrial development project at the heart of the UK’s engineering and automotive industries.  It has a rich history of innovation and provides a platform for businesses to undertake R&D, product development and manufacturing in the fields of mobility, energy transition, clean technology and automation.

Home to over 1,000 employees, Mira Tech Park is anchored by a globally recognised R&D facility that comprises over 40 different testing assets supported by significant on-site engineering and technical expertise.

Evans Randall Investors is undertaking the development in a joint venture with Horiba, a leading global manufacturer of semiconductors and research and testing instruments, who own and operate the testing facilities at Mira Tech Park.
