Condor House is a 110,000 sq ft Central London office building, acquired in 2005 by Evans Randall Investors for £115m. The eight-storey office building, which is opposite St Paul’s Cathedral, underwent a renovation that retained its Victorian facade and replaced redundant office accommodation behind with high quality commercial space.

The redeveloped offices were let to law firms Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Shepherd & Wedderburn, financial services provider BarCap, property developer Skanska infrastructure Development UK and investment bank Moelis & Company UK.

Ground floor retail space is leased to restaurant operators including Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Cafe Rouge, Yo Sushi and Pizza Express. We sold Condor House to SEB Asset Management in 2010 for £134.4m.
